The Leap Venture Studio & Academy is a partnership between Michelson Found Animals, Mars Petcare, and R/GA Ventures, created to invest in and support early-stage pet care startups. In five years, Leap has invested in 45 dynamic companies from 15 countries, with a portfolio that is over 65% diverse.
Leap’s mission is to transform the future of pet care by supporting innovative startups that are making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their people. Leap provides its portfolio companies with access to capital, mentorship, and resources to help them scale their businesses and bring their products and services to market.
